7 new Fullscript updates for the new year
Upgrades to find the products and resources you need, faster
Saving time is critical for practitioners. Having the tools to do so, without sacrificing quality, can make all the difference. That’s why Fullscript has made it easier to search the catalog, attach resources to your treatment plans, and for you to find available EHR integrations.
1. Catalog search improvements
Now when you’re searching the catalog, you can exclude certain ingredients or search by specific health conditions. You can also feel more confident in your selections by toggling between complete and relevant search results.
To make finding what you need even easier, we’ve also updated the layout of the catalog search area. In addition, we’ve added faster result capabilities to help you quickly find brands and products.
We also improved the search typeahead (a.k.a. auto complete). Now, when you start typing in a search term, it will be easier to scan and you’ll see clickable product recommendations.
2. Resource library enhancements
Did you know? Patients on Fullscript rank supplements as the fourth most important priority to their health and wellness. (1)
Help patients get a better understanding of the importance of supplements in their wellness journey by using our new-and-improved resource library. In this educational resource hub, we’ve made it easier to organize and find your own uploads and Fullscript resources with consistent labeling and new filter and tagging options.
You’ll now also find message snippets in the same location as educational resources. That way, you can quickly see what pre-made content you have available. We’ve also added visual previews to give you a quick confirmation before you attach anything to your recommendation.
3. EHR homepage visibility
You may already integrate your Fullscript account with your EHR. However, if you don’t, you can now easily find our integrated EHR and platform management systems directly from your account homepage.
More ways to reach new patients and engage current patients
To help your patients achieve their unique health outcomes, easy access to wellness is paramount. With this in mind, we’ve revamped the Fullscript buttons available for your website and added more flexible Autoship options for patients to use.
4. Embeddable website button upgrades
Our embeddable website buttons make it easy to promote your Fullscript store to potential patients. These are now more customizable with new size choices and updated branding.
Plus! Embedding the buttons on your website is easy with our new one-click “copy code” feature.
5. New pre-checkout and multiple shipments options
Did you know? Nearly 80% of patients on Fullscript prefer to refill supplements online. (2)
Within their Fullscript cart, patients can now schedule future shipments based on when they’ll need a refill, saving time and ensuring they always have the right supply.
We’ve also made it easier to adjust their refills with more flexible Autoship options. Patients can skip, reschedule, or cancel orders in just a few clicks right from their account, anytime.
New opportunities to grow your practice and achieve better outcomes

6. Our new and improved Practitioner referral program
Our new Practitioner referral program is here! Now, when you refer, you’ll not only introduce fellow practitioners to the dispensing platform you know and trust, but you’ll get rewarded!
If you have a margin account, you can gain up to $225 every 30 days for each new practitioner that creates a Fullscript account (up to 12 referrals). It just takes three steps:
1. Refer a practitioner to Fullscript using your unique link.
2. Monitor their account activation status from your referral dashboard to know when their certification is approved.
3. Get an additional 5% margin for 30 days.
7. New integrations like athenahealth
Fullscript is committed to making healthcare more accessible for both practitioners and patients. That’s why we now integrate with over 25 EHR partners, including athenahealth.
athenahealth allows practitioners to achieve better patient outcomes, access the largest connected network in healthcare, and get 4 hours of documentation time back weekly. Please note, athenahealth is only available to practitioners in the US.
