We need the Payout report to have the practitioners name on it, not just the patients. We were assured that this was the case before we signed up. It is very time consuming to do it manually.

I’ve already signed up for an account and have ordered using the system. However, when viewing the site from my I-phone it does not look like what you are showing on the tutorial video. Is there a Fullscript app or a requirement for a specific version of I-phone that is needed for the new system to run optimally?

This update was implemented on the patient side. When viewing from your phone, did you happen to be viewing your practitioner account instead? If this is not the case, please let us know and one of our support agents can reach out to you to assist!
Is there a difference with the autoship if I prescribe the supplements through Power 2 Practice vs directly through the Fullscript website? I have noticed that compliance with refills is not as good when I use P2P. Any thoughts?

Autoship is activated through the patient’s account on their end. This looks the same whether you send a recommendation through Fullscript or P2P. Interesting that your compliance is not as good. Our integrations specialist Hala is going to reach out to you to see how you can better this. She has some great tips to optimize your recommendations to help with this. Keep an eye out for an email!
