How to get iodine in our diet?

In this second episode of “RECIPES FOR MY DAUGHTER”, I share one of the ways we add seaweed as one of the sources of iodine into our diet.

To make things easier, I prepare seaweed to be stored away so that it’s easy and convenient whenever we need to add it to rice, soups, stews, lunch boxes, and snack boxes.

Most roasted seaweed products have been added with oil, salt, flavouring, and even MSG! I recently found these roasted seaweed sheets which only have one ingredient: seaweed! They do not contain any oil or salt, so they are perfect for us.
