
Stir Fry Sweet Potato Greens | Stir Fry Yam Greens | Sweet Potato Leaves | Gluten Free, Vegan Option
In this episode of “RECIPES FOR MY DAUGHTER”, I am making stir fry sweet potato greens, or stir fry yam greens, also called stir fry sweet potato leaves or yam leaves.
I make this dish using shallot, garlic, and dried shrimp, but you can simply skip the dried shrimp to make this dish fully plant based.
Sweet potato greens or yam greens are full of fiber and other nutrients. I like to make this stir fry whenever I can get my hands on nice bunches of sweet potato leaves at the grocery store.

This dish is gluten free, dairy free, with vegan option, and my version uses less oil than traditional stir frys.
As always, I don’t use MSG, oyster sauce, or most store bought pre-made sauces.
