We’ve made it simple. Patients simply log in to their account and subscribe to Fullscript Autoship where they can set the frequency at which Fullscript will automatically ship their selected products.
Patient View
Once logged in, under the Autoship tab, choose the frequency with which your products will be automatically shipped by Fullscript. Once frequency is selected, add desired products and select “Update”. A confirmation email summarizing your Autoship products will be sent to you.
Practitioner View
Your patients have the ability to set the frequency, and you have access to view your patients’ Fullscript Autoship orders. Have a question? We’d love to hear from you!
As a practitioner, do we need to do anything different when we email the patient the Fullscript invite?…relating to the auto-shipment.

Thanks for your question. Nothing changes in your current workflow. A patient will see this option after they place their first order. If you wish, you can mention this to them on your first visit or in the notes field of your recommendation.

Can patients set up different autoship timeframes for different products? (Eg. monthly for some and every 2 months for others)
Hi Christopher, great question. Currently a patient can only set up one AutoShip timeframe and determine which item(s) they would prefer. However, this is a feature in which our development team is working on as we understand a patient’s protocol for items can vary. Thank you for your feedback!
Hi-Thank you for offering this feature 🙂 I’m wondering if a discount (of 10%+-) can be automatically given on AutoShip orders to encourage retainment rate in ordering through FullScript vs seeking other on-line vendors such as Amazon, etc. (Metagenics currently offers this feature)

This has been passed along to our Product Team. If you’d like, you do have the capability to set up a discount on your platform under your catalog settings. Having such a limited option schedule for AutoShip can be confusing – patients now have to remember what is ‘coming’ and what has to be reordered. I would almost have rathered that this feature not be available until a more flexible AutoShip schedule of choices had been made available. I have already had one complaint from a patient regarding setting this up this way. Sorry.
